As far as recoil, I don’t notice a difference between the 30sf and 36 because the kind of recoil.

However, I find them both about equally accurate. I do most of my dryfiring with the 21 because of the heavier trigger pull.

I would say if you want to carry +p loads the 30 or 30sf, If not maybe the 30s would be a good choice. For me it's the 30sf. It is such a smooth good shooting gun I'll take the extra 3ozs and 1/10" extra width of the 30sf. The sf grip is large enough I couldn't see any reason to get the standard G30.
