I have loaded the printer with paper, ink and done all the steps in the instruction manual that comes with the printer. Thank you for your help. It's possible you may have a bad printhead. Remove everything including network cable, media, all ink cartridges, and all printheads. Close everything up, and restart the plotter. It should come to 100% and start asking for stuff. Install everything as asked and see if each are accepted.
