If you already have the Kaplan books, I'd use them first. I'd say their breadth and depth of content are about on the dot for what you need to know for the MCAT. Except for the P/S and CARS books—I'd recommend skipping them. Use the 86- or 300-pg KA docs and an ANKI deck of terms for the former section.The problem is the Kaplan book only has some of what you need to know for P/S plus extraneous stuff. The 300 page doc is better because the P/S stuff chosen by AAMC is rather arbitrary and isn't necessarily what you'd expect to find, but that's what they've deemed fair game. FWIW, JS has BOTH the 300pg doc and stuff from the Kaplan book.
