Kirby being slow in the air also makes it easy for min Min to cover where Kirby wants to go. They also haven't played JeJe and want to offline. But at the end of the day this is a MU chart and some great characters lose to random mid to low tiers. Puff bodies Min Min but is a worse character than Joker.
